Recent Successes

Successful defense of a 27 year old charged with his 4th DUI. Client was sentenced to a program.

Juvenile charged with rape and attempted sodomy. Found not guilty after trial.

Successful defense of a third strike defendant who was facing 25 to life after being charged with domestic violence, threatening his girlfriend and possession of methamphetamine. Through Maltaise Cini’s investigation and negotiation skills the client received a one year jail sentence.
